My Shopping Conquests from H&M... Work Boots... Super Slim Jeans... Leather & Grosgrain Belt

Yes... I finally succumbed and joined the queue yesterday... to get into... H&M... twice...

I was there again today...

If you have not been living under a rock... you would have seen the million and one posters of H&M plastered all over buses and stands all across the island... or heard about the 400 people and 2 hour queue on opening day...

“Seriously”... I thought... Was it worth it???

After my visits yesterday and today... the answer is “YES... YES... YES...”

Simply refusing to queue to go in... I held on to the firm believe that the crowd will die down in a few days...
But I was wrong... there was still a line outside H&M when I arrived.... It was a short fast moving queue though and I was in... less than 5 minutes... Not bad...

Because of the location and set up... coupled with the high ceiling... it gives the first impression that you have stepped into a store right in New York or London... 3 floors of goodies galore... 1st and 2nd floor were dedicated for women’s... Men’s & kids on 3rd...

Needless to say... the store was PACKED...

My eyes were so busy scanning everything... maneuvering around people... taking in the gorgeous pieces of clothing... shocked at how affordable everything was... I almost fainted...

Almost...

Color block shirts & jackets... drop crotch pants and chinos... tees in every color... with the exception of a few items... everything else... was in trend,well made and very very affordable... 

What totally balled me over were the men shoes... oh my drool... the SHOES...

I luv luv luv every single pair... well... 99% of the shoes currently available...
Leather/suede/canvas/...dress shoes... chukahs... boatshoes... plimsolls... BOOTS!!!

With prices ranging from S$39.90 to S$99.90...

I was set on getting the boots I was drooling over on the H&M website till I distracted and started drooling over this...

S$79.90... Midnight Blue Work boots With Cobalt Blue Soles & Shoe Laces...

Jeans... was next on my list...

I was reluctant to join the queue for the dressing room...  That was till KW pointed out that... over the phone... I had to call someone... to share the excitement...

“You already joined the queue to go in...”

So there I was... in line... dressing room... 7 items max... for 30 mins...

This is what I got...

Dark Wash Super Slim Leg Jeans... Such a steal at S$59.90...

Luv luv luv...

I was in line... YET AGAIN... to pay...

30 mins passed and finally I was done... out of heaven... oops... I meant... H&M...

About 15mins later... I was back in line to go back in... this time with RG and KW...

Yes... they succumbed too...

RG got these stylish and uber hot leather chukah boatshoes...

I finally found the much blogged about ‘Lavin'-ish leather and grosgrain leather belt... luv...

At just S$24.90... for genuine a leather belt with such lovely detailing and best of all...

Made in Italy...

Step aside TopShop/TopMan... we will no longer tolerate your high prices... Shoo... New Look and Pull&Bear... we don’t want your inferior fabrics... Zara... be on your toes... cuz now...
