As if he is not busy enough... being creative director of LVMH... his own Marc Jacobs and diffusion line Marc by Marc Jacobs... My fave designer... Mr Marc Jacobs has announced that he will be making his acting debut... in the new indie film... Disconnect...
Currently filming in New York... the film, plot and Mr Marc Jacobs character are still a hush hush...
But...
Rmour has it... don't quote me... the film... is centered around people in search of emotional connection in today's wired world... Mr Marc Jacobs will be playing a character... somewhat of a 'porn baron'... who uploads naked photos....of himself???!!! on to the net....
Rumour also has it... again do not quote me... that we might even get to see more of him than his very... very... provocative Bang fragrance ads...
You know... the ones where he is lying naked with a huge bottle of Bang covering his...
He will star along side Jason Bateman, Alexander Skarsgrad, Paula Patton, Frank Grillo and Michael Nyqvist... The film will be directed by Henry Alex Rubin...
