Drooling...literally... over Abalone Salad... An original by JW's mom

Guess what I found in the fridge... when I got home from dinner with RG & KW... my fave abalone salad... lovingly 'saved' especially for me by JW's mom...

This is like one of the best dish JW's mom have ever concocted... she is an excellent cook... Abalone thinly sliced, drenched in a delicious sauce... a mixture of plum, shallots and chillies, served on a bed of cucumber.

Light, refreshing and oh so yummy...
