Finally got my hands on... thru dearest friends that travelled... Marc by Marc Jacobs Special Items

Marc by Marc Jacobs Special Items... from flip flops to men's tees & jeans to accessories & bags... even umbrellas and stationary... are not only affordable... it's totally drool worthy... BUT they are also exclusive to the MBMJ stores in the US only... with many of the Special Items being carried only in the 4 MBMJ stores along Bleecker Street , New York... which is also where the Book Marc store is... selling a special selection of books supposedly selected by Mr Marc Jacobs himself...

Which meant that, outside of the US you will not be able to find MBMJ Special Items in any of the MBMJ stores EXCEPT the Marc by Marc Jacobs flagship store at Causeway Bay in Hong Kong. Yup, this particular MBMJ store carries a small selection of MBMJ Special Items. I don't know why but I guess it could be due to the fact that many MBMJ items are made in Hong Kong... that being the only reason I could think of....

My bff in the entire universe... RG... whose bf... KW... was in Hong Kong recently on a 2 week vacation... envy... bought back for me... Marc By Marc Jacobs City Tee -Hollywood in heather purple and MJ carabiner nylon rope double tour bracelet...

 I luv luv luv how HK MBMJ wrapped and presented the items

... unlike the MBMJ here...

I have been eyeing the tee on ebay for the longest time now but the price was often double the MBMJ Online retail price of US$35... especially the bracelet...  which I had only saw once on ebay... the seller had wanted 3 times the original retail price of US$20.

Thanks to KW... I got the tee at S$62...  the bracelet at S$35... both which were... of course... a steal...
