Drooling... literally... over Almond Jelly with Longan

I had some free time in the evening and decided to give JW a dessert treat...

So I made this...

Almond Jelly... made from an almond mix... very simple... just boil 1 and a half cup of water, pour in the mix, turn off the heat and stir till dissolve...

Wait for it to cool... refrigerate... add longans and serve...

I always like keep a few cans of canned fruits... instant mix... pudding... in my pantry... for such times...
